Testimonials

Written by the people who were there.

“Our music during the bedeken and chuppah matched the beauty and elevated the holiness of the moment. The horah was one for the ages — we asked to go all out and they brought it!”
Michal Wachs and Daniel Gold
“We knew the band is a ‘make or break’ component of the wedding and Pey Dalid totally MADE our wedding so meaningful, special, and complete.”
Emily and David
“At each phase of the wedding — Kabbalat Panim, Bedeken, Chuppah, cocktail hour and reception — you just hit it on the head and knew how to elevate the moment.”
Dr. Sina and Mrs. Julie Khasani
“Every time family and friends share memories of our simcha, the ‘marathon hora’ that Pey Dalid knocked out of the park is always a highlight.”
Jessica and Akiva Goldstein
“We truly appreciated the mixture of Jewish and secular music so that every person at our wedding was comfortable. There’s no question about it — you need Pey Dalid at your simcha!”
Jeremy and Hilary DuBois
“The ruach they created and the beauty of their sound elevated the joy of the simcha of our son’s wedding!”

The order of the day

Eight moments. Each one asks for something different.

Move through the day below. We specialize in catering to the needs of your party.

  1. 01

    Kabbalat Panim

Guests arrive to melody rather than volume — warm, unhurried, sitting under the conversation.

  2. 02

    The Tisch

Niggunim the table can grab hold of. Pey Dalid brings the energy into the tisch from the very beginning.

  3. 03

    Bedeken

A short walk that carries an enormous amount. Music that holds the moment up, then gets out of its way.

  4. 04

    Chuppah

The right niggun at the right time. Families tell us the whole chuppah started singing along with the last blessing.

  5. 05

    Sheva Brachos

Kallah, chosson, the m’seder k’dushin and the guests, sat mesmerized — in one couple’s words.

  6. 06

    Cocktail Hour

Instrumentation scaled down to the room: a violin, a cello, a quiet keyboard.

  7. 07

    Reception

A mixture of Jewish and secular music, so every person at your wedding is comfortable.

  8. 08

    The Hora

The part guests describe years later. Ask us to go all out and we will bring it.

The repertoire

Traditional niggunim to well known American songs.

Any style can be found in the band’s extensive repertoire. These are the four playlists we plan a simcha from — nothing plays until you press play.

DJ Entertainment
